RIG Riot Tier List Hub
Playstyle lanes for weapons, Volatile Mods, and garage shells — scored from demo raids, not a fake live ladder.
This hub maps every RIG Riot ranking on the wiki. Steam lists a September 14, 2026 launch window. A demo can be downloaded on Steam and itch.io. Sage Boatman’s store copy, public patch notes, and demo raids are the honest inputs. These lists are S/A/B/C lanes, not a numerical DPS table. Weapons are component-built. Capacity comes from weight plus unused leg load limit. Energy (EN) decides whether a sniper stays airborne or a tank reaches the objective. Treat every rank as a launch-window read, not a patched-live meta with thousands of hours.
Start with the weapon tier list for guns. Open Volatile Mods when six slots fail the same raid. Use RIG Riot builds once you lock Scout, Scrapper, Bulwark, Assassin, or Watcher parts. New pilots should still finish getting started and how to play first.
How these lists are scored
S means the lane solves more raid shapes on the current demo ruleset. A is strong when you feed it EN and weight. B is playable if you refuse its weaknesses. C is a teaching lane or a trap if you ignore capacity. We score energy cost versus generator output, weight versus weapon capacity, objective type, and leg class (Quad ground versus biped aerial).
A light mobile sniper is S only if you can look, boost, and leave. Missile bombardments plus automatic rifles are S when magazines and skyline agree. Tanky laser blades plus shotguns are S in interiors, and more honest after the Fire Demon gatling pass (210 to 60 per projectile). Quad-leg ground and biped aerial are chassis lanes, not extra gun names. If a number is not on Steam or in a public note, it is not on this hub.
What each sub-page ranks
The weapon page stays on light, medium, and heavy components, handheld LS/LH and shoulder RS/RH ammo, Steam’s three archetypes, plus Quad versus biped. It names Energy Blade (held hit versus swing) and Void Slot as documented tools. The mod page ranks types: on-hit status, movement, death proc, energy, and defense. Documented names stay at Retaliation Clause (homing Nanite) and Infernal Cycle, plus Sage’s examples — friendly dodged missiles, a landing explosion on a downward dash, a zap when energy empties, and lightning death zones that recharge EN. Six slots, rarity, no stacking. The builds page ties those lanes to garage sets and inner parts: boosters, TAS, and generators.
Read the lists with weapons and mods, garage customization, raids and objectives, and how to get parts. Hardware lives on the tools hub. Timing lives on launch notes and the demo page.
Next steps from the ranking map
Walk the three lists in order: weapon lanes, then mod types, then build shells. If a rank and a raid objective disagree, trust the objective and come back after one more demo drop. This hub is a compass for launch-window RIG Riot, not a live ladder you should screenshot as gospel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common RIG Riot questions.
Is this a live patched meta?
No. Steam lists a September 14, 2026 launch window. These S/A/B/C lanes come from the demo, store copy, and public notes. See launch notes and the demo page.
Why rank lanes instead of a DPS table?
Weapon damage is balanced relative to weight, and capacity comes from weight plus unused leg load. A fake number would lie. Use the weapon tier list.
Which page should I open first?
New pilots: getting started. Returning pilots: weapon tier list, then Volatile Mods, then builds.
Do Quad legs get their own list?
Yes, as a chassis lane next to biped aerial. Details live on RIG Riot builds and the weapon page.
Where do garage sets fit?
Scout, Scrapper, Bulwark, Assassin, and Watcher are scored on the builds page and explained in garage customization.
